Carmichael house at 5 points

The house is roomy and comfortable and generally well appointed. It's main drawback is that it is on a main road, but it's well located to nearby restaurants and grocery stores and the American River.

House was clean, beds comfortable, good bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. Outside front not very attractive, gate difficult to access from the street. Stepdowns in house should be clearly marked. Air conditioning not consistent across rooms.

House was clean and suited our purpose fine. Carpentry was a bit rough and strange layout but has a big yard and 5 rooms. Owner was good at communicating.
