The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean & we were able to get more towels and wash cloths at a decent time of asking for them.

Good room. When we moved in, there was trash from previous tenants on the floor and under the sink. From Friday night to Saturday, it was really noisy after 1 a.m. to 3 a.m. People were having parties or something like that. For breakfast, there are not many options at the hotel. It's better to drive two minutes down the road for breakfast. The parking is great, and the area around is safe. I can stay there again if I have to.

There were ants all over the kitchenette in the suite. Sadly, only toxic sprays were available in the property. Not children friendly. The blankets provided for the pull out couch had multiple stains. Even asking for a second set had stains. The breakfast selection was poor. Waffles were the only plus. No fresh fruits, perhaps due to ant within the property. The decaf coffee was also cold. Only plus on this property was friendly staff.

This was the fourth time I stayed there. It is clean, the breakfast is good, the staff is kind and helpful. I run, and it is a lobvely run to the city center. Views of the city from the room are very pretty.

We stayed there for a three day volleyball tournament while we were fasting during Ramadan. We needed to eat at 5:30am and the staff, specially Tia, who was there in the night, was extremely helpful. Tia went out of her way to make us feel comfortable, got food ready for us in time and just over all was amazing. The hotel was clean and very comfortable and very quite. Highly recommend this place.

The whole time we were there we never got breakfast. We went about 10 minutes after breakfast opened and there was nothing. Parking was limited too. Staff was fine and rooms were good.

If I can rate this hotel a zero I would. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the suite I reserved a month an ago because they were all booked, they just messed up on their end and didn’t want to say it. During check-in they gave me the wrong room and said I would need to pay extra to upgrade for a room I already booked and payed for. They changed my room and put me back in the same studio. It was a major inconvenience for me and my party, I asked to speak to the supervisor that was present sitting literally behind the desk but they were supposedly in a meeting at 10:00pm and notified me that the supervisor was going to contact me, no effort was made by the supervisor which was pretty disappointing. Overall the customer service was pretty dissatisfying.

We were very happy with this hotel. The check in lady was wonderful and acknowledged my HH status with a small gift bag. All the other front desk staff were so friendly and nice. We had one glitch. A woman housekeeper knocked loudly on my door at 7:50am with the Do Not Disturb sign on. She wanted to know if we wanted housekeeping even though we were checking out. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

Room design flaw - no toilet paper holder. No trash can inside bathroom. Sofa bed very comfortable. Breakfast food ran out at 8:30am, although breakfast served till 10am. Waffle machine not working. Limited staff working- front desk staff needs to take care of coffee cup replacement etc.
