Worst experience ever
Let me start of by saying this was my first stay using VRBO, I have used other places before but wanted to give them a shot. Since check In there were problems, as I walked to the front door I noticed the front door was badly damaged so I messaged the host and informed him, I than found out the AC did NOT work so I asked about that as well. The banister walking up the stairs was extremely loose and dangerous, I in-fact fell down the stairs because of this safety hazard. The sliding back door does NOT lock, The backyard was not maintained and there was trash and nails everywhere. My stay was 3 nights and 4 days in 90 degree weather. My children stayed out of this rental because it was way to hot and the host did nothing to make this stay better for us. Friday night I bought isolating fans on MY dime, Saturday around 7 am roofers started working at this house I was renting. No notice at all. I called the host and VRBO several times, VEBO pretty much told me their hands were tide because everything is ran through the host who NO ONE could get ahold of. I asked for a VRBO supervisor 4 times within three days of calling and did not hear from one single supervisor.

Amazing Stay!
We had a wonderful experience at this property. The house was very clean, everything was provided for us, and the check in process went flawlessly. Our kids loved the sun room with the ping pong table in it - that was the highlight of the entire house! We will definitely stay here again when we are in the Sacramento area.

My first vrbo experience
Being our first time doing this I had some confusion trying to figure out all the info I was sent and when I tried to call the number I was sent it had a message in Spanish and then hung up. The house was great though and now that I have figured out how to do it I would definitely go back.

It was a good experience overall. Safe neighborhood. Short distance to shopping and City center.
This property is in a safe neighborhood, the hosts will answer only in text promptly but never answer phone calls. The property has great beds, kitchen, and it’s very spacious living room, dinning room and a game room. Love the coffee machine and all the kitchen amenities. I love this property overall I will definitely stay here when back in Sacramento area. However, I wish the windows where wash and clean properly so we could enjoy the outside view in the sunny beautiful days there. Definitely recommend this property.

Great house for a large family! Only 20 minutes away from downtown Sac.
We had a great stay! House was beautiful, very clean loved all of the furnishings, location was very convenient. Hosts responded to questions very quickly. Originally we had more people in our party but due to illness were not able to come. It ended up being just two of us so this house was a bit big for just 2 people but it was great nonetheless. Definitely not a negative.

Great house, plenty of room and amenities. Seems like it’s a fairly new rental and could use a few more kitchen items and maybe a pool table instead of the dining room table:) overall great experience

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. The house looked spectacular. The only problem was that we could not get in touch with the host. We had easy check in and check out. Definitely would stay here again..

Pleasant house
Overall this was a pleasant house to stay in. We experienced a few problems but overall it was good. The good: Spacious living areas with lovely high ceilings. Uncluttered. Pleasant quiet neighborhood. New flooring, new paint, new furniture. Luxurious showerheads in both showers. The ping pong table was fun. Great air conditioning in hot weather. The bad: Our reservation was for 6 people but we arrived to find only 4 towels. We had to fruitlessly search every cabinet before finally finding more towels in the dryer. The showers gave us hot water most of the time but not all of the time. We would have liked mirrors in the bedrooms when we had all 6 people getting ready at once for events. The master bathroom was small-- a very tight fit for my husband and I. We would have liked towel bars in all 3 bathrooms. Overall it was a pleasant house to stay in.

Clean, Spacious, Nice Renovation
Originally thought the property was not real. It is a new listing and saw that it was listed at a fair price. It's real and it's real nice! Figured I should share some love and list that the ome was great so that others know what to expect when booking this property. Out in Roseville, CA for work and a short drive from Sacramento. The property was newly renovated, nice, clean and all the amenities you would need for your stay. It was stocked with coffee, creamer, new pots, pans, dishes, coffee cups. It is in a quiet neighborhood and fit all of our needs. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs with the living space downstairs. It is a great floorplan for people to have their own space. We were there for work (all employees) and the house allowed us to make our dinners, coffees in the morning and the stay was easy. We will definitely stay again! Thank you and great work on such a nice and renovated home.
