- Located in Folsom, Ca in a quiet tucked away neighborhood above The American River Canyon. Take advntage of the close proximity to Lake Natoma and Historic Downtown Folsom. Private fenced back yard with a lawn,. Patio with lounge chairs, outdoor seating and table. Relax to a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning sunrise and wildlife. Arrangements include 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Master queen, single full, double full and single full bed. BBQ, Full kitchen and a family room with WiFi and TV.
The space
4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms with a private entrance on the lower floor of a two story home. A double sided locked secured door separates the upstairs from the downstairs. Full living room with brand new Amazon Fire flatscreen and wireless internet. Full kitchen with dishwasher and many extras. Two private decks with bbq and lawn for recreation. Enjoy the quiet yard with views and wildlife.
Guest access
Enter on the left side of the property through a private gate and walk down past the garage entrance to the lower deck. The front door is located to your right and a door code will be provided with your booking information.
