Just a short drive or Uber to McClellan Airport, Downtown Sacramento, Roseville, and plenty of shopping / restaurants. - Newly Renovated - Big TV with Netflix and Disney+ - Fully Stocked Kitchen with Keurig Coffee Station - Professionally Cleaned and Disinfected Between Guests.

NO Pets
NO smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on property including apartment complex. Please smoke on the street.
NO parties or events
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and checkout by 11 AM
Self-check-in with smart lock
Do not disturb neighbors
Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.

Thanksgiving visit with family

I do not take any pleasure in writing a less than optimum review. Travelers need honest info to make decisions as to where they stay. Checking in: took 15-20 times for keypad to finally open the door. Shower: very small, water temp dial very loose from wall No heat for 2 days. Th heater remote was placed behind a lamp which we didn’t see. Came back one eve and door was widen open! Call to management & police. Nothing was taken. Management response 5/5.
