A great little place in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in a great Midtown location with lots of great places nearby. It was clean and the check in process was easy with Lana.

We found this place because of it's walking distance from Ace of Spades where we were going to see a concert. It had well deserved great reviews and we'll very likely be using it again.

Great Stay

Great Location - supermarket, coffee shop, and restaurants are right across the street, very convenient. Even though with all these shops around, the neighborhood is so quiet. The host is very responsive too.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. The pictures online don’t do this little studio justice. It seems bigger in person and its very well kept up. I will highly recommend to friends and family in the future and will stay here again myself. I love that it was pet friendly and I can have a safe place for my fur babies to stay as well. We are very happy with our stay here.

Perfect studio in a perfect location

I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed staying here. The studio is nice and cozy, with everything you need--comfortable bed, full kitchen, and a little extra room to move around. It's perfect for a solo or couple. And the neighborhood is excellent. I only wish my stay had been longer so I could've explored a bit more. Check in was a breeze, and communication with the hosts was great. Highly recommended!

Hot Night in Sacramento - Great Stay

Check in was simple after a 4.5 hour drive. The studio is very cool at street level. Clean design, very comfortable bed and as it was 107 degrees outside, a very efficient air conditioner. Got up in the morning and walked the dogs over to Philz for Coffee and an awesome/fun gift store named Strapping. Would definitely stay here again.

What a great little spot!

I think i said "this is so cute!", about 100 times. The reviews explaining the size are all spot on. Its much roomier than it looks. The hosts were very nice and responsive. The bed, 10/10 (wish id taken a look at the tag!), and all the little details really show the hosts care about your experience in their unit. Will certainly be happy to stay again.

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION & PROPERTY

Not only was the host responsive and kind, the property was spotless, it was stocked with essentials and had the convenience of kitchen appliances, a few spices, coffee maker, brita water filter and bathroom essentials. It is conveniently located and within walking distance to the conference I was attending. Perfection!

Great little place

This was a perfect little place for a quick overnight stay. Great location and within a short walking distance to plenty of restaurants. Parking is kind of a bear but overall, nice place.

The property was located in a very nice area of town. Conveniently close to shopping and eating with proximity to Downtown and UC Davis Medical Ctr. Place had a very nice layout, all amenities, and attention to details a good host has.

This studio in midtown was so cute. All the provided amenities were great. The property mangers were super nice. The air conditioning worked great and was very appreciated during the heat wave during our visit.

Great location around the corner from grocery for this studio. Low ceilings if you are taller than 6'3".Soft sheets, lots of towels. Solid AC for Sacramento summers. On street parking worked fine. Easy drive to train museum and city center. Quiet couple of nights during the week.
