Artist’s Condo+ GAME ROOM+Patio near UC Med Center

Only minutes away from shops, local breweries, the Golden 1 Center, Sac State University, major highways and bustling midtown; the UC Davis Med Center is walking distance. This is an eclectically decorated 2 story condo filled with art from local artists.

The space
This 2 story condo includes a private outdoor porch area, covered parking on site and an always fun game room complete with arcades and Super Nintendo nostalgia. Your booking actually helps real artists within the community! Their art is featured in the house and also available for purchase :)

Other things to note
Please note that the Condo has two parking spaces #165 and 164 which are next to one another.

FRIDGE MAINTENANCE: We currently need the full fridge to get serviced. While we are still waiting for repairs, a MINI fridge has been placed onsite as a backup.

Okay in a pinch

We booked this home as it had 4 bedrooms. The linens were clean but the shag carpet is dirty and has many stains, the shower in one of the bathrooms squirted water all over and when we went to have coffee on the patio in the morning, it was a mess, chairs all over, dirty, and looked like the patio had been abandoned years ago with no cleaning or care... dirt, leaves all over. We did like the video games.

Sacramento Graduation.

We rented the property to be close to the downtown area! The property was as described and the host checked in se team times to make sure we didn’t need anything. I would recommend renting this listing if you are in the area!

The Art House was overall a good stay. It was clean upon arrival and had all the ammenities decribed it the listing. Four rooms, enough bathrooms for us all to get ready for our family wedding, and dog friendly. Upon futher stay there were a few things that just didnt meet the expectactions of the listing. We had an incident of the shower head falling off mid shower on my husband. There was lots of water damage under the kitchen sink and near the AC unit.

Brothers and sisters together.

We didn't spend a lot of time at the house, but it was, bed wise, what we needed for our family. It was pretty close to our Sacramento family and the price was okay so it worked for us. We would probably use it again if we all came to Sacramento again.My biggest suggestion is you need lighting for reading in bed in every room.

We were in Sacramento for the Ironman. This condo put us very close, 10 minutes from the venue. Total guests that stayed in the condo were six adults. There were enough beds to accommodate all of us and there was plenty of room in the condo. The front door of the condo was very dirty and filled with cobwebs. The inside of the condo was clean, but needs to be updated. The carpet, which covered the stairs and upstairs, was old, stained, and had a musty smell. The TV in the family room had a broken speaker, so the sound was distorted. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, and cutlery. However, there was no ice maker, or a tray to make ice. Overall we rated our experience a 3 out of 5.

Hard to review

Hard to review this property as we didn't stay there. When we unlocked the door of this property we were met by another family who also had booked this place. We called VRBO and the host. The host said oops it’s been double booked through no fault of my own, it’s a “platform” problem that caused “calendars to not sync”. Hard to believe he’d be unaware of this since he had to personally communicate with me that day to give me the door code. Obviously he had also given it to another party too. He did provide us with another property that was smaller, we had to take it as we were late to our function due to the time it took to get to the other property.
