  • Luxurious but rustic decor, beams, stained concrete floors, beautifully furnished. One large master bedroom, King bed, with red sliding barn doors, high-end pull out couch, Queen bed, in living room plus two twins configured in a day bed. High end linens. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, eating area for four. Bath with shower/tub. Full laundry room with portacrib and changing table. High chair. WiFi, Comcast cable, flat screen TV. Amazon Alexa music. Lovely, private patio with table and four chairs, umbrella and lawn. Webber charcoal grill. Parking. This cottage is built on a 1.3 acre ranch-house estate in the Arden Oaks area of Sacramento. Winner of 2014 Coty Award for houses built in the under $250,000 category, Sacramento region.
    We are on site but very separate so guests have almost total privacy.

One of the finest stays we’ve had in a rental. The cottage was well laid out. Ended up to be a very good location for what we were in Sacramento for. The dog loved it! Such a great place and our host was wonderful.
