Pool was closed, fridge in the room did not work, TV was not plugged in. Handle on the shower was extremely loose. Zero attention to detail. Asked for more towels as we were only provided 2 and there were 3 of us in the room. Front desk ran out of towels. This hotel is very comprable to a Motel ...

DoubleTree by Hilton Sacramento
The best part of the stay was they corrected errors made on the Expedia site. I requested a room with a tub and Expedia reserved an accessible room with an open shower to roll a wheelchair into. The hotel corrected it (during a very busy time with numerous activities according at the hotel).

Room was nice and clean, TV was not working we had a side door to the room with very loud guests! There wa yelling and running in the hall way we were on the 6th floor, while i understand the entire soccer team was staying there that weekend we couldnt sleep!
