Staff was great. Terrible room..probably worst room there. View of the pumps of pool and it was loud at times. Nice room inside. Riu properties are corporate ran with zero concern for guest and will take advantage of any situation to squeeze more money from there guests. I would recommend never staying here , there are many resorts around that are much better
