Our week-long stay at Hotel Devú was an overall fantastic experience, highlighted by an incredibly warm and professional welcome that set the tone for the entire trip. The rooms were consistently spotless and well-maintained, and the customer service across the board was a perfect 5 out of 5. The only minor drawback we encountered was that room service comes with an additional fee, which was the only thing we didn't quite like. However, everything else was so exceptional that we would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and friendly place to stay.

The apartment was perfect for the price. There is only one AC unit in the apartment but does have fans in the bedrooms. Staff was nice and attentive. Location is great and easy to get to Provenza, close to multiple Pharmacy's.

The location of this hotel is supposed to be convenient to the entertainment district. I would not stay there again just based on that because as a 5 star hotel I was expecting more. At all times and especially at night, there is a heavy presence of police, this is because there are so many men traveling and bringing in prostitutes into the hotel. I felt terribly uncomfortable due to this situation. The staff was helpful and really not at fault but I wish I would have known better, literally you could not walk out the front door without experiencing some shady business. The lighting inside the room was very poor, the ac was not working properly on the first night, the food was ok but not to 5 star standard. An honest review is needed and if you don’t want to experience what I did, stay in the financial district or Envigado it is much better especially for couples.
