The apartment offers two bedrooms with lovely details (one double bed, two single beds), a cozy living room with tiled stove and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher) and a modern bathroom with shower. IMPORTANT TECHNICAL NOTES (Shabbat & Passover): As the preservation of our apartment is very important to us, we would like to point out two technical particularities: Electrical system: The electrical installation is not designed for Shabbat operation (continuous operation / sensors). Kitchen: Our wooden kitchen is delicate and not suitable for the special cleaning procedures required for Passover. To avoid damage to the building structure, such use is unfortunately not possible. Thank you very much for your understanding!
SaastalCard Included: Every guest receives the SaastalCard before arrival. With the SaastalCard, you benefit from various discounts, such as free rides on the postcal car or, in summer, free use of the cable cars (except Metro-Alpin). In winter, a ski bus (line 642) runs every 15 minutes from Bidermatten directly to the “Alpin Express” stop at the foot of the ski slopes in Saas-Fee. Bed linen and towels: included Parking: One free outdoor parking space is available directly in front of the house Garage (100m from the apartment): Optional for CHF 8/night, ideal in winter or for extra security Final cleaning is not included in the rental price. The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged separately. After completing the booking, you will receive an information email with the necessary bank details to conveniently make the payment by bank transfer. We prefer this payment method over cash payment. Tourist tax: 01.11 – 31.05: CHF 4.50 per adult / CHF 2.25 per child (6 – 15.99 years) per night 01.06 – 31.10: CHF 7.00 per adult / CHF 3.50 per child (6 – 15.99 years) per night.
