- 96 m2. More information by the provider: The apartment is located very sunny at a quiet position near the waterfall at the village entrance. The local cable cars are within 5 minutes walk. Bus stop is only 50 meters. You reach Saas-Fee and Saas-Grund in 10 and 5 minutes by car.
The total area of the apartment is approximately 100m2. The cozy apartment consists of 3 double rooms. All rooms have a washbasin. Shower / WC with bubble bath. Modern kitchen. Living room with cozy fireplace. Spacious dining area. TV, radio and internet is available and a balcony for each room and a conservatory.
Holiday taxes Summer (01.06. -31.10.): CHF 7.-/adults, CHF 3.50/children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Holiday taxes Winter (01.11. -31.05.): CHF 4.50 for adults, CHF 2.25 for children (age 6 - 15.99) per day. Included in our rent is the following: - Bed linen, kitchen - and bath towels - Free parking by the house.
