"Room was clean. Staff and owner VERY accommodating. For a continental free breakfast, it was better than other hotels I have stayed. Sausages, eggs, coffee etc was cooked properly and not dried out. Quiet location. Only four minutes to the center of Sturgis activities. Will be back !"

"We really enjoyed the property overall! Just had a couple of very minor issues. The bathrooms had kind kind of a wet musty smell, not sure if maybe the rugs need to be washed or replaced? The Keurig did not work which wasn't a big deal because there was a coffee pot that worked great! We had troubles operating the thermostat, so directions on that would have been helpful for us older people that don't understand technology...ha ha!! Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and the treats left on the counter were a great bonus! We would stay here again and would recommend it to others!"

"The place was perfectly situated being a mile from main street, and all the traffic. The grocery store and Taco John's, are one block away, the gas station is 3 blocks away and its easy access to the highways that take you to all the towns near by that you'll wanna visit. Getting to Mt. Rushmore takes about an hour through a great scenic ride or drive. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay."

"We couldn't had a better experience and place to stay, if we could give a 10 star rating; we would. Place is amazing, nice and clean, it has everything you need to cook a nice meal and an awesome design and layout for a relaxing evening watching TV or hanging out on the patio. It is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Sturgis. If we ever come back to the Black Hills, this is the first property I would look for as far as availability for our stay. A"
2 Mi to Main St, Sturgis! Spacious Group Getaway

"We had six guys for a week long golf trip in the Black Hills in July. The house was very nice and was in a central location. There are only two reasons that we didn't give this home a five star review. First, the listing indicates that toiletries are included. However, there was no soap or shampoo provided. While admittedly this is a small detail, when you're playing 36 holes of golf a day, and are gone from early morning to early evening every day, the last thing you want to do is to stop by the store to buy soap and shampoo (especially when the listing indicates they are provided). Second, we ran out of hot water when we showered at the end of the day, so the last man to shower did so in cool to lukewarm water. None of us take a leisurely shower (we're in and out), and the house sleeps twelve, so we would not have expected this to be an issue. Again, if not for these two issues, we would have given a five star rating. Even with these issues, we would recommend the house."
