We had a terrible room for the cost of our stay. Not worth $2200 for 4 nights … we couldn’t run the AC because the fan was so loud and had to keep a window open for the fan to stop making noise. When we called the front desk all they said was thanks for tell us, never offered to fix it. Room was terrible hot and stall due to us not being able to run AC. The bed squeak every time you moved. Then when we checked out, we mentioned the fan and bed again and they said oh sorry about that and did nothing for us. Great location, great door staff (very welcoming when you walk in) front desk staff useless. Not worth the money.

Absolutely amazing property in the perfect central location. Everything from the staff, service, cleanliness, space, food, was 5 stars. Very accommodating from start to finish. I highly recommend this place for a great stay in the heart of Barcelona. We visited as a family of 5 in October 2026.
