Dirty hallways floors-3rd floor hallway ceiling was missing 2 panels all 10 days, workman brought me a remote for the tv that still was out for 10 days, The key lock failed for 4 days ! Heard a real gun shot in the parking lot & called 911 ! A depressing experience. I won’t stay here again.

There were WiFi connectivity issues and poor customer service with a resolution that took 5 days…only to discover that the password ...
