There was a lot of construction happening at the site so the parking lot and surroundings were not as nice as they could have been however they are making improvements so it is understandable. The price was reasonable and the accommodations were more than adequate. Also a good diner walking distance across the street."

"This was our second stay at this location, which speaks volumes about our experience. I hope to secure the same weekend next year. The host is very responsible and easy to communicate with. The location is the best in the area! Petey's is right across the street, offering fantastic seafood and delicious ice cream. A little farther down the street is Rays, which also serves great seafood. It’s close to Rye Harbor, where you can book a whale-watching tour or a trip to Star Island. If you go a bit further, you'll reach Hampton Beach. And to top it all off, it's less than a one-minute walk to Wallis Beach!"

"The best part of the unit was the location, right across from the ocean and just down the street from the sand beach. The listing was accurate - we knew we would have a partially obstructed view. The downside was the unit didn't seem to be a rental "by owner". It seemed to be a (non local) rental company. A lot of small things weren't great - beds sqeeked/creaked badly, mattresses were poor, not enough towel bars and hooks for wet towels and bathing suits, thin bath towels, no laundry, etc. Also the back bedroom could have easily fit a twin bed along with the full/queen, making it more comfortable for families. The link to the website for information on the unit was hard to navigate and not particularly helpful. This all being said, the 'owners' were very responsive the couple times we needed to reach out. If it wasn't so incredibly expensive, I would rate it higher, but for the cost we wouldn't rent here again."

"We had a fantastic stay at this charming beach house! It was the perfect size for our family of four—cozy and welcoming.The location truly cannot be beaten. We loved being just a short walk/drive from the beach, and having so many different, vibrant beach towns just minutes away made exploring the area incredibly easy. We spent our days hopping between different boardwalks, shops, and local restaurants, and it was always wonderful to come back to this quiet, peaceful home base.A quick tip for future guests: you may want to pack beach towels and your favorite hair conditioner, as those weren’t stocked during our stay. The house also doesn't have a full-length mirror, so plan your outfits accordingly!Overall, these were minor details in comparison to the wonderful hospitality and prime location. We would absolutely love to stay here again for our next coastal family vacation. Highly recommended!"
