"Arrive to meet host, showed around, clean tidy, perfect communication throughtout the stay. We did have a small issue through the stay and this was dealt with efficiently and promptly. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet.
