"Staff was great esp as we had the power go out one morning - a faulty toaster was to blame -and they were very quick to respond. A 15-minute walk to Joaquin-Sorolla station and located in a fun area. Our only complaint was the lightening in the room was extremely dim in the bedroom and dining area and so you couldn't read at night- only in the day with windows open."

"This is the perfect hotel in a perfect location. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Rooms & bedding excellent with quality furnishings. The lobby has a flower shop, so the scent is magnificent. At night, the atmosphere and architecture in front of the hotel is like a movie. It has a high end, but not stuffy vibe, the lobby bar always busy. Plenty of staff to check you in, no wait. Wine selection was excellent and only $6 Euros per glass. Other reviews mentioned the bar prices as expensive, but to me, if you want a classy experience, it costs a little more, completely expected. There is a Burger King open until 2am down the street that still cost $30 Euros for a meal,
