Cancelled by owner the night before
I called the owner the night before for check in info as I had not heard from him he told me that there was already someone else in the cabin. We had booked this cabin in Feb. 5 months before and paid in full needless to say I was not a happy camper. We did get a full refund from him. However I can not help but think of I had to cancel the night before I would have been out the money I feel he owes me more then just what we paid some kind of reimbursement for all the trouble we had to go through to find another place to stay on short notice.

Great 1-night visit

Beautiful cabin
Love this place! The cabin is so relaxing, we loved it. They left us some snacks and water. They even left us body wash and shampoo if we needed it. The bed took a little to get use to, but we stayed a week and I will be booking again when in the area! Amazing place!

Our stay was lovely. The cabin is beautiful. It was about 5 miles from liberty University where we were visiting our daughter. Great location. Unfortunately the fireplace was not working but the owner did come over and give his best effort to help us get it going and we certainly appreciate that.

Wonderful & cozy!
Had an incredible time here, and we’ve decided this will always be our home base when we’re in town! Cabin was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. It was the perfect location - far enough to feel secluded but close enough to make accessing town very convenient. Some reviews mention being close to the road, but we didn’t find the noise to be an issue. Some reviews also mention the bed. We’ve never slept on memory foam before and it was certainly disorienting at first but we actually loved it and slept really well both nights. We also met a ginger kitty who was sweet as can be. 10/10!

It was a beautiful spacious cabin surrounded by gorgeous farmlands. There were parks and hiking trails and many other things to do in nearby Lynchburg. It was a perfect spot to celebrate our 46 wedding anniversary.

Honeymooners Delight!
My husband and I stayed 2 nights at this cabin for the first leg of our honeymoon. The weather became a slight issue due to snow however we were pulling a trailer and this cabin was close to the main road with large parking area that fit our 20' trailer with ease. The cabin was clean and tidy and super cute layout! The only negative for us was the mattress on the bed was not comfortable to us but that is simply personal preference situation and did not require any deductions of stars for that. I would highly recommend this for your stay. One thing that caught me off guard was the proximity to the road....it did not effect us but it just off the main road and you will see traffic, just fyi. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Lovely cabin and responsive hosts
The hosts of this beautiful cabin are wonderful, and they respond to questions quickly. The resident orange tabby cats are very friendly. The problem for me is that the cabin fronts a busy road, sitting back about 60 feet. Not bad at night, but the traffic starts early and includes 18-wheelers and emergency vehicles with sirens. If you're not seeking quiet in your stay, I can recommend this property without hesitation.

Loved the cabin and the host was so nice! Loved that little extras were provided by the host! The cabin was so clean and peaceful, located minutes from LU! It only has one bed that sleeps 2 ( I slept in the couch) I would recommend putting another bed in the cabin if you list as a sleeps four) I loved our stay with my two parents and would enjoy coming back again with my husband it was priced right 👍

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay… cozy & welcoming! So much better than a hotel stay. Next time we come we will try to stay longer (& maybe even skip the conference😉) I wish that I had arrived a little earlier on our first night, I would have loved to watch the sunset from the front porch/ rather than out the car window…

Our stay here was very pleasant owners were very friendly nice and courteous the little cabin was adorable we really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was charming and the owners had a lot of little extras that express the kindness and hospitality of their hearts to their guests we have stayed at other cabins in other states but this so far is one of our favorites we will definitely be coming back sometime for some more little get always here and we will definitely refer our family and friends to stay here
