    The pool is available seasonally, opening in early May and closing after Labor Day weekend. Please note: the pool is not heated.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all beds that have been used unmade and trundle/mattress pulled out of used.
Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher with a dishwasher pod. Press "start" twice.
Collect and bag all trash.Place all bagged tras in the large trash bin in the carport area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

To note: The pool is not heated! It is opened early May, and winterized and covered just after Labor Day in preparation for falling leaves.
We have a strict policy for no parties, events, or gatherings. This is to protect our property, and to protect you, especially with the pool.
There is NO separate child gate to keep children out of the pool. Please use double latches on top of french doors in sun room to ensure safety.
