The Rose Creek Cottage, at base of Petit Jean Mountain sleeps 4

This home was completed in 2018. It is a one bedroom located on 36 acres. There are two fishing ponds and hiking on the property for guests.
The kitchen is stocked with Pampered Chef cookware and bakeware. There are new appliances and amenities throughout.
The sofa converts into a queen bed for 2 additional guests.
In the Master bedroom, there is a king size bed. There is also a large desk for those who are working while away. The bathroom features an oversized soaker tub as well as a large shower head.
We have contactless checkin/checkout with our keypad entry system and follow the CDC guidelines for cleaning.
Petit Jean Mountain has the Museum of Automobiles, many hiking trails, bird watching, scenic overlooks, paved bike trail, horse back riding, swimming, basketball, tennis, and much more.

The property was clean and peaceful. It had everything we needed. Do be careful cause there’s little to no cell reception in the area so pay attention to the hosts directions. GPS will get you close but then will send you in circles a bit. We had a really nice time:)

This is the 2nd time to stay here. We love that there is a big area to hike with our dog on the property. It is also close to Petit Jean Park.

Weekend In the Country

We loved the cottage on Mt. Casa Rd! It was so quiet and relaxing - the distance to Petit Jean State Park was ideal for us, and we had a wonderful time. The property manager was quick to answer any questions we had, and the cottage was clean as a whistle, including freshly mowed lawn, when we arrived. Highly recommend if you want to be near Petit Jean.

We had a great stay at the Rose Creek Cottage! Loved the updated decor, comfy bed and big tub for soaking after hiking all day. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and great pots and pans...everything you would need to make meals plus a big fridge. The Host was most helpful. Beautiful stay on Petit Jean

We love Petit Jean, and were so excited to find a cabin with great proximity to the state park. It was 10 minutes to Mather lodge! The cabin itself was perfect. Very clean and spacious. We hope to be back!
