Newer Homey 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 Car Brick home near ANO, Arkansas Tech, Mount Nebo, Petit Jean Mountain and Lake Dardanelle.

The master has an attached master bath. This room has a king bed with a quality pillow top mattress.

The floor plan is split, so the guest room is on the opposite side of the home from the master and next to be main bath. The guest room has a new queen back support mattress. It’s a great layout for couples!

The third room is for children or extra people. There is a full mattress only.

Visiting family in Russellville, AR..

Nice house with nice layout, but entire place needs a deep clean. Kuerig is broken. Garage and back porch really dirty and cluttered. Did have everything we needed though, and location was perfect for us.

Dissappointed

Just so fellow travelers will be aware. They need to fire whoever cleans because we had to clean brown marks(you know what it was) off of the toilet seat in one bathroom and pubic hairs off the other. Comforter in master room had stains. No instructions were given for how to get in, or for internet. Had to send message for anything we needed and then sometimes got answers and sometimes didn't. No hand soap in one bathroom. Towels smelled dirty. Carpet missing in 2 places, I have pics and 3rd bedroom just has a thin mattress on the floor. Only bed that was half way decent was full mattress in one bedroom. Wasnt expecting a palace for 220 a night but should have been way better than it was. Location was good but definitely needs improving for a rental.

Convenient location in Russelville

Kimberly was very prompt to call a plumber in ASAP to fix issues we had (leaky faucet, no hot water) so our stay was ok. This property works for 2 couples; third bedroom just had a mattress leaning against wall.

Great experience

Everything was perfect. Rented the house for one night for a family event. The kids loved the trampoline in the back yard and the house was very clean. And the home owner was very responsive and helpful.

House Needs Desperate Attention

Kitchen has roaches. I was not pleased. I do not mean just a few either. They were on the counters, House did not have ANY toilet tissue, NO paper towels, and was not stocked well with cooking utensils nor cookware. When we arrived, the yard looked like it had not been cut in months. Very appreciative that the owner sent out someone to cut the grass, as it looked like a hot bed for snakes. There was not a single towel to be had nor seen when we arrived. The owner graciously delivered towels and trash bags to us, thank you. A couple of days later we found all of the towels were in the washing machine which had a HORRIFIC smell coming from it due to the fact someone had washed them and left them wet in the machine long before our arrival. The carpeting has holes in it and is VERY old and was exceedingly dirty. I slept in the bedroom that HAS NO BED, Yes, that is correct, it has NO BED. The carpeting, furniture, and entire house was covered with dog hair. I have allergies, so this house was a nightmare. I have been with HomeAway for years. I have stayed in practically every rental house offered in Russellville due to the fact that I travel home several times a year. NEVER have I stayed in such a place. These are all things that can AND SHOULD be corrected ASAP before posting this house as a rental. I never leave negative comments, but this house and rental were just so disappointing in so many different levels.
