'Peaceful Valley Lake & Cabins'
Are you looking for the perfect place to escape for a few days of peace and quiet? Get away from it all at our beautiful 1 bedroom cabin better known as the "The Island Cabin". Which is just perfect for couples, it features a wrap-around porch surrounded by water and beautiful views in all directions. It is the perfect place to catch up on a little rest and relaxation!

Sit on the porch and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in all the beautiful sights and sounds. Stroll around the woods and down by the creek to enjoy nature at its finest. Drop a line in the lake and enjoy the thrill when you reel in the “catch of the day” from the variety of fish stocked in our lake. (All fishing is catch-and-release.) Or, just float around in our two person fishing boat and unwind. Watch the sun set as you cook your favorite burger on the gas grill on the back porch. At day’s end build a fire in the large stone fire pit, perfect for late night snuggling and roasting marshmallows!

The cabin and lake are located out in the country, yet are only minutes from town and Lake Cumberland. Come enjoy the peace and quiet. We guarantee you will leave rested, relaxed, and anxious to return!

Gorgeous getaway!

This place was magical! The water surrounding the cabin is very peaceful and we loved feeding the ducks!! I would say you definitely need a truck or 4x4 to navigate the driveway but if you are looking for a place to unwind and unplug this is it!

A quiet and peaceful oasis in the country!

Timmy and Rose were very welcoming and readily available if needed. The cabin was perfect and exceptionally clean! Loved the peace and quiet! I will be back! Highly recommend Peaceful Valley Cabins!

Our stay was wonderful , relaxing and absolutely beautiful. We will return back next year. Fishing from the boat was very enjoyable. And we cant forget our lil duck friends. They like bread and popcorn.

Quiet, Peaceful Getaway

The Island Cabin is everything described and more. Great communication with the owners. The ease of checking in was great. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Close enough to town if you needed anything. Great place to come to for relaxation and rest. We wasn’t disappointed and even caught a few fish. Hope to return one day!

Very well maintained grounds and the cabin was comfortable. Peace and quiet for the most part as can be expected on a farm. The hosts were attentive and provided everything you could ask for. As the title entails, 2 dozen duck were always around but, not a nuisance. Watching large catfish, bass, bluegill and turtles in the pond was nice.

Beautiful and Relaxing

We stayed in the island cabin surrounded by nature. We had one of our most relaxing vacations and enjoyed fishing every day in the mornings and evenings right from the cabin. We caught a lot of small to mid size fish. Just wasn’t successful catching the larger large mouth basses. Having the small fishing boat was really nice also. The lake is small but absolutely beautiful. During the days we visited the marinas in the area. they’re spread apart so you do a lot of driving. We totally enjoyed ourselves.

Fantastic Stay

The cabin and property were exactly as described. The lake was out the back door with a great dock to fish and relax. The porch all around the cabin had more options to sit and relax. The cabin was clean and well furnished. The owner introduced his self and was there if we needed anything. It is in a good peaceful location but close enough to stores if we needed anything. There is a Kroger and Dollar General a short distance away. We caught a lot of fish. One of the catfish was huge and fun to catch. Overall a very nice stay and will definitely go back.

Do not miss out!

The listing underestimates the property first of all. It is much better than you can imagine. Peaceful Valley is exactly the proper name. Now, add 2 of the nicest people have ever met in Timmy and Rose. Spoke with Timmy almost daily. What a good man and family. I will say that Timmy and I are friends. I cant wait to go back and visit with them. Don't be a stranger Timmy. Thanks for everything, James and Diane
