"We didn’t stay in our room more than 5 minutes then asked for a refund. The check in clerk was rude the whole time. I opened the shades and a spider jumped on me. The clerk refused to call her manager to do a refund at the time and insisted we come back in the morning. The manager in the morning luckily was very nice and understanding and she said she would’ve come to do the refund if the clerk called. Rude night clerk, nice manager. "

"Lovely hotel. Appeared to be renovating the property. Room was perfect, clean and after 9:30pm, quiet. Left before breakfast but it smelled wonderful! The self parking is close to the building so bringing in any items is a snap."

"This very unique condo was way better than expected. The rooms were very large and spacious. Each room had it's own private bathroom. The building used to be a lawyers office, so the decor is perfect for that. I had fun reading some of the books along the walls. The host are very nice and was quick to answer my questions. The location can't be beat as it is right down town in Russell. Walk to the movies, coffee shop, restaurants, and stores. "
