"I check in at Springhill Suites and had amazing stay in the hotel room was clean, the guest room was changed after day out and probably breakfast was good as well. Had some employees who doesn’t greet guest when they arrive but it all fine. Floor carpet was clean and the building looks older. Air conditioning is filthy not newer code installed. "The staff was very nice. Sandra the front desk employee was super wonderful and made our stay feel welcome. She even made a suggestion for a place to get breakfast for myself, my boyfriend and our friend. The rooms were clean, the view outside our room is beautiful and the suite that I booked was huge. I’m so happy to stay here for the weekend. "

"We were only going to be in the Raleigh area for 1 night & chose this hotel because it had very good reviews (especially compared to other hotels @ similar prices in the area). It looked like it was actually built in the last few years, so everything was new & it wasn’t run down like many others I had looked at. The staff (both that we interacted with) were very nice & very helpful. The beds were comfortable. They full kitchen was a bonus. And there was a tv with apps already available making it easy to find a movie to watch before bed. They put a soft brown blanket, folded at the foot of the bed which was amazing. That was actually all I used to sleep that night. I wish more hotels had those. All I’d suggest is maybe cleaning better after the guests. We found a Wellbutrin pill on the floor by the bed & leftover food in the freezer. Not a huge deal. Also the WiFi wasn’t the best. It worked ok for the tv, but our iPhones kept buffering. They also said the internet was having such a problem when we went to check out, that the system was down & they couldn’t technically check us out when we left, but it didn’t cause any issues. Overall it was a great, good priced place to stay, that was clean & comfortable, with very nice & helpful staff at the front desk. Would definitely recommend. Would stay again!"

"Checked in and saw that the hotel was under construction, did not have running water for the first 3 hours. Hotel room carpet was filthy, granddaughters white socks were black within minutes… bugs (likely roaches) in the bathroom every night, some towels with stains. Disappointed in stay. One positive: room was always picked up upon return "

"We had a great week here! Jane is wonderful to work with. The house is located conveniently to everything in the Garner area and not far from downtown Raleigh, We stayed here while our son was performing in a play at Spiritual Twist Productions which is less than a mile away so it was perfect for us and made it so nice to be close to that as well as all the stores and restaurants. Neighborhood is great and it is so peaceful on the back porch and patio. The weather was perfect for us so we got to enjoy lots of time on both of those. Thanks again, Jane!"
