"What a lovely property! Right on the river with a great firepit. The house is super clean and comfortable. Super views from the living room. The Master is roomy with an attached sitting room. It is located next to the boat ramp, but with a nice tree windbreak inbetween there is privacy and not noisy. Tommy is a super host with great communication! We will want to stay here again when we are back in Northern Arkansas! All in all a perfect stay!"

"We had a wonderful trip. Check in and check out was very smooth with zero issues. Everything was clean and as described. The bed was very comfortable with great sheets. The creek was wonderful, and we loved exploring the area around the Buffalo River. Would highly recommend."

"This home is beautiful and so very comfortable. There were 8 of us and everyone had a space for relaxing and sleeping. The property offers lots of activities and we took advantage. My husband was especially excited about the really large TVs and it made watching the World Cup matches a lot more enjoyable. It was a wonderful experience and thank you for making our family vacation memorable. We’re definitely planning a return visit next summer."

"Only real downside was there weren’t any side tables in our room. We had a luggage rack and a small shelf which was an inconvenience. The property was beautiful and really interesting piece of historic Cotter, Arkansas. Would stay again in a different room."
