"Great location, staff was wonderful, breakfast was good! My only reason for not the highest rating was that several things were a little annoying. The hot tub was not working at the pool. The elevator was very slow and there was only one. In our room (203), the toilet would run for a very long time before shutting off and we could also hear a weird sound almost like a hot water heater cycling that was annoying until it would go off. "Nailed us with $28 pet fee. So much for pet friendly! Dirty carpet and sofa. Awful smoke smell! Sheets were so thread bare the had small holes. Old, flat pillows. Nasty! Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!"
