"The house was very nice and well stocked for our visit. They have a nice coffee bar that is stocked and ready to use. The back yard is very nice and secluded, the hot tub was very clean and really lets you enjoy the private back yard in peace. It is a quiet location with a great view of the lake. The Riverdance restaurant is a must if in the area. It is a great restaurant with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Over all a great experience and with a great host."

"Four brothers from Mexico, Minnesota, and two from Tennessee got together for three days. Cabin was perfect -4 bedrooms each with a bath. There was plenty of room to spread out and large spaces to get together all with great views. Had to call host once to get grill started and she was immediately available and very helpful. Could not have asked for a better place for this occasion."

"We were very pleased with the property and overall, the visit exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend to any large family looking for a peaceful getaway in the mountains of Chattanooga. One minor complaint- it had rained the couple days leading up to our stay, so the grass had not been cut. The issue was when the lawnmower service showed up to cut the grass in the middle of the afternoon on the day after we had already checked in. I requested they come back after we check out couple days later. The mower agreed, apologized, and left. However, communication from property management could have been better."

"This was our second stay at Sleepin Bear! We love this little cabin and will continue to come back. It’s the perfect distance away from the busy part of Chattanooga, but close enough to get where you wanna go in a short time. The cabin is so cute, clean, organized, and I love that it’s Christian-owned!! Owners are super responsive and kind. Hot tub is fantastic! "

"A greeting from Cody the owner's dog was exactly what I needed after a 10-hour drive. I'm sure he gave me the look that said you know we are pet friendly, why didn't you bring your dog? The accommodations were great, the extra amenities were appreciated and the quietness and beauty of the surrounding property. I was on a business trip so I didn't get to enjoy the property as much as I would have liked to, but if I'm in the area again I would certainly book it again."

"Was a nice place. Clean and inviting. Host was great. The tiny home suited it's purpose. My husband and I didn't spend much time inside as we explored all that Chattanooga had to offer. The birds sung their little hearts out for us the first morning. The tiny home has everything needed for a short stay. I'm guessing the home sat for a bit between guests. Only because we had bug visitors in the bathroom and a scorpion the first morning. No more bugs the rest of the stay. The kitchen sink, far to narrow. I was concerned every time I had to fill up the carafe to make coffee that I may have the faucet aimed wrong and flood the counter. I did not bring my dog, and I may have been concerned if I had. We were visited by many neighborhood dogs over the course of our stay. One very friendly chocolate lab. The others seemed to only want to bark at us and pee on the tires. Over all, I really liked the tiny home. I enjoyed the quirks and surprises. All of these made an exciting and fun trip even more enjoyable."
