"Nothing fancy, and not as "cute" as the photos make it seem. Walking in there was a bunch of random glass and building materials in the hallway, creaky stairs, etc. The walls/doors are also PAPER THIN so expect to hear other guests if you stay here (i woke up to kids screaming a lot and some ppl playing loud music - they do have earplugs in the room though). There are two shuttered/closed down restaurants below the hotel, which gave it a sorta sad vibe. Otherwise, excellent location, easy 2block...

"Host was great and we loved the neighborhood, very quiet and cute. The place is spacious with lots of privacy between the bedrooms and a full kitchen. Coffee was stocked for me which I always appreciate. Location is a bit far out but we knew that going in and it was a great deal. Thanks Alex! "

"This property offers an excellent location and comfortable accommodations. However, sound carries easily between units due to thin walls. During our stay, we experienced noise from neighboring guests who didn't observe the quiet hours, and being on the ground floor, we could hear foot traffic from other guests throughout the night."

"Overall, the property was clean, check-in was simple, the bed was comfortable and communication with the owner was excellent. "This was a beautiful space for us to spend Thanksgiving. The subway was a nice 20 minute walk and the neighborhood and neighbors were friendly and interesting. The space was restful, homey, and included everything we needed. Our host was helpful and always available with great information before we arrived. I can’t wait to return."

"The apartment was clean and in a great location. The hosts were super responsive after we got there and needed a few things. The listing states the sleeper sofa in the living space can accommodate two people, which is a stretch. Maybe two small children but not adults. My two petite college aged daughters barely fit —they were uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well. Also, having an electric tea kettle in the kitchen area would be nice!"

"The property is fine, now nost lobbies have plus seating and beautiful areas, this hotel has something that resembles the entrance to a jail...now maybe the location influenced the lack of care for that area. My room was perfect! No issues at all, do i wish there was a microwave ofcourse! But its not strange to not have one in a room these days. My experience was 9 only bc of the lack of a microwave, the area is gritty and if ypure not used to city life i can imagine it might scare you, me i was fine, everything is at arms length..food, shopping, transportation. Ill return if needed."
