It was a pleasure to stay at White Pines cabin and we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and scenery of the property. We rented just the upper unit with 4 adults and one child, and it was more than enough space to relax in. Our toddler felt so at home he described the cabin as "grandma's vacation home." We would love to return for another visit in the future, as the location is both comfortable and convenient.
The property is as wonderful as the pictures and the reviews tell! Fantastic communication and very flexible host, cozy and charming place, very relaxing to have several life spaces when 2 families. We highly recommend the place and hope to come another time!
We had 10 people so having the two kitchens were great for cooking meals. The location was near attraction that we were interested in. We would recommend the house to friends and family
Lovely home, comfortable, clean with a wood burning and pellet stove that kept us toasty warm. Plenty of hot water and a kitchen stocked full of pots, pans, dishes, etc… a chef’s delight.

Beautiful home that was enjoyed by all.
The house is as beautiful as pictured. The separate living quarters worked well for us having adult children. It allowed us all to be together but yet allowed privacy for the younger adults to go their thing.
It was a very comfortable stay. Our young kids had fun exploring outside. The property isn’t huge, but worked for us. Instructions were great. Bring your own wood for the bonfire. We would stay again!

Our favorite rental!
Spent the weekend at WPC with a big group of college friends. This place is cozy and perfectly set up to inspire lifelong memories. Comfy beds, very clean, well equipped kitchens, warm fireplaces! Beautiful 🙂
WPC was the perfect pick for a nice getaway. My friends and I had so much fun just enjoying what nature had to offer. It was in the perfect location, tucked away behind trees so that you have privacy.
Carol made it very easy to check in and checked in on us during our stay. Check-out was easy as well. Thank you for everything! We really enjoyed our time!

Amazing stay!
I rented Carol's cabin for Columbus weekend with 13 of my friends to enjoy all the hikes around in the White Mountains. Everybody appreciated our stay and didn't want to leave!
The cabin is lovely and comfortably fit all of us. We had everything we needed to cook for 14 persons. We played various fun board games and used the sauna after our hikes, which was very relaxing.
Carol was very responsive whenever I had questions, I really appreciated it.
Thanks again Carol!
We enjoyed a terrific week at White Pines Cabin. Since the ski conditions were less than optimal. We spent more time at the house than expected. It was an excellent backdrop for time with our 3 kids who are in their mid to late twenties. There were fantastic Christmas wreaths and trimmings adding to the coziness! Carol was so lovely and thorough and attentive. It made me want to sit down and have a cup of coffee with her!
This house was perfect for our growing family! Everyone was able to have a room and 3 full bathrooms was also a big plus! The house is beautiful and the memories we made will last a lifetime. Our one disappointment was that even though the river is across the street you can’t see it or get to it unless you drive. Not familiar with the area we really had to do our research to find places to bring the family but exploring the different spots was fun too!
A true Maine adventure!!
We booked this property for a family gathering. The space was perfect for our group - each family had their own space and bathroom. LOVED that dogs were allowed, as they are family too! We kept our dogs on a leash as the house is near a busy road. The property was clean and had everything we needed. There are lots of instructions for this property and it does take time to review everything.
There is so much to do in this area, so the location is ideal for those looking to hike, swim, and enjoy being outside. We will book again!

So Cozy!
Carol's place was so sweet and cozy--many personal touches. Carol was so responsive and attentive. We forgot our iPad hours after check-out and texted her. She had someone come to the house and unlock so that we could swing by and get it! Perfect skiing house for Sunday River. Would definitely come back in the future. Thanks Carol!!!

Warm and inviting for all. Beautiful!
Carol, thank you so much. From beginning to end of our wonderful little get away you were available and so helpful with the directions to the house and the ins/outs of the operations of the house. Your house is so beautiful and comfortable. My family mentioned several times how happy they were with the comforts and beauty of your home. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The living area is big enough for all 12 of us to play games and enjoy each other in conversation without being on top of each other. What a great time we had. Thank you again.

It was a great property for a cabin vacation. Lots of amenities and well kept kitchens!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, although it was rather short (4days); we still managed to enjoy the full kitchen, sauna room and the charcoal grill. The trail path by the cabin was a great morning walk routine for us!
The deck became our favorite conversation spot, so as the fireplace in the living room.
Thank you, Carol, for your hospitalities! We will be back!
The only downside is that the highway noise in the night can be loud if sitting on the deck. However the insulation of the Windows and doors make it quiet to sleep despite the vicinity to the highway (US-2). And the cabin is totally hidden from view, thanks to the neat dirt path and tall pine trees!
