"The hotel is relatively new and, thus, all of the facilities are pretty new and modern. The people in the Hotel are very friendly, especially, Wesley (I hope I don't misspell his name) picked up my wife and me from Steenwirk train station. Although it has only a distance of one mile, it means great help if you have luggage and the taxi system is not very good in the city. You should try to call the hotel if you have luggage and they will help to pick up you. "

"The location is great. Right on water, easy walk to downtown restaurant and shopping. The main problem we had was that the lady at the front desk was rude. We called on phone to ask if we can get a extra blanket. She rudely and abruptly said NO. I asked if we can get a couple of extra sheets instead of a blanket.
