A peaceful and beautiful property!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The deck over the river is stunning! We had everything we needed and it was a comfortable, lovely place to stay.

Beautiful Cabin!

Love the stay it was just perfect. The location was a just perfect next to the river and surrounded by ranches. We all had a good time.

The owners were great. It was a very peaceful and beautiful place. The back deck is right next to the river and has a great view.

Great place for family getaway away from crowds.

Had everything we were looking for, water, animals, quiet backyard overlooking the creek. Lush grounds for the children to play in the grass. Lots of sitting areas to gather in.

Great place to stay!!

This is the second year we have reserved the house. We all had a great time , the kids really enjoyed the property, The river and the animals . We plan to go again next year.

Ruidoso family trip

House is beautiful, property is great, the river was an added bonus, kids and adults all enjoyed everything about this home. Kitchen well supplied. Overall a very nice place to stay

Ruidoso Spring Break family fun

The Coleman’s have a wonderful home for large families to make memories, lots of laughter, sharing meals, playing games, and relaxing. Close enough to all that Ruidoso has to offer and also out of town for peace and quiet.

Great stay

Beautiful and spacious property. Felt really welcoming. Only issue was the gas grill the front burners worked and the back ones didn’t and we had to get the propane tank filled to use the fire pit

Great Family Vacation

The house was very welcoming, cozy and big enough for the whole family to enjoy. There were plenty of things to do on property. The best part was the creek flowing through the backyard. I would like to thank the owners for their hospitality and for the lovely home!

Very clean and fun place

The property is well kept and very clean! Great yard for playing cams relaxing with lists of shady spots! The beds were very comfortable and even though there are only 3 bathrooms for a large group there are areas to get ready in. Would definitely recommend!

Great getaway

We had a wonderful stay, and the property was just as listed. The only negative was the location, but that may be a negative for just our group. Overall, a great week was had there by all 12 of us!

Large Family Stay

We had the max number of people plus dogs and we were comfortable. The outdoor decks were wonderful and the side yard too. Very close to the races. We enjoyed ourselves.

Racetrack Rendevous is a great place to stay.

We had a group of 13 and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was very spacious and Netta had thought of every little thing we might want. They have state of the art appliances and plenty of blankets and linens and towels for all. We had a great time and I would recommend this place to anyone!
