This centrally located, cozy condo places you close to all the area's attractions and amenities. The end unit features a beautiful view of the Sierra Blanca peak, which can be enjoyed from the front decks of the home. Inside, you'll also find a gas fireplace in the living room and a propane grill for outdoor cooking. The easy entry to the main level adds to the convenience of this mountain retreat.

Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from the front and master bedroom decks. Relax outdoors and watch for wildlife on the property, or fire up the outdoor BBQ for al fresco dining. Inside, a spacious living room leads to a well appointed kitchen including a dining table for 6, with an additional eat-in bar and high chair available. Keep the whole family entertained with arcade games, board games, and a selection of books. All three bedrooms are located upstairs, and a pack 'n play travel bed is provided for little ones.

Guests have access to the entire furnished, well-appointed condo. Some stairs required to access unit as well as upstairs bedrooms. One parking spot is provided in front of our unit 303.

The home is lovely for my husband, me, my college son and 13 year old. They loved the PAC Man arcade!We appreciated the amenities, esp. the wonderful porch. Our host was kind and welcoming. We had to shorten our stay due to unforeseen circumstances, but would love to return another time.

We traveled to Ruidoso to attend a wedding that our daughters were part of, and we had a wonderful time together at the condo. It was very clean and cozy. It felt like home to us.
