Condo 233 is a two level unit with a ground level entry. The kitchen, dining/ living room with a half bath, washer and dryer on the entry level. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with a private bath. Total occupancy is 6 people. There is deck off the living room and a deck off the master bedroom upstairs with a view of the wooded area. All the amenities are close to the condo. The condo has central air, a black and decker coffee maker, and wireless Internet. Total square footage is 1360. NOTE: FIREPLACE IS NOT USEABLE. Pets are not allowed in any rental unit. There will be a $1,000 fine for unauthorized pets.
