Quiet, clean, relaxing

After two fulls days of skiing, this condo was the perfect place to rest. It was super quiet and super clean. The host was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean property. Great access to area. Views are right out side sliding doors. If there was an issue it was we came in at night and (I’m sure HOA rules) there aren’t lights up on the buildings where the numbers are. It’s took a bit but we found it and all was well. Besides that we had a great time.

Cute and comfortable condo

Absolutely loved our stay in Ruidoso! Our host was so helpful and accommodating! Very quick to respond to anything we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was available in the unit. The location was perfect, only a few minutes from town or the mountain. Will definitely book again next time we are in town! Love from Texas!!

10/10 – Absolutely Perfect StayThis condo was everything we could have hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable. Close to everything in Ruidoso with easy access, yet it still felt peaceful and tucked into nature.The condo itself was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. You can tell a lot of thought went into making sure guests have absolutely everything they need. Nothing was overlooked.The highlight, though, was the patio. We spent hours watching wild mustangs, deer, and elk wander by throughout the day. It felt like a front-row seat to nature without giving up any comfort.Everything about this stay was perfect. We wouldn’t change a thing and would happily return in a heartbeat.

This condo has a great view of Sierra Blanca and the area around it from its living room and large back deck. It appears to have been recently remodeled and is very nice, and was very clean and well-maintained. The host was very responsive when I had questions.

Whispering Oaks

The condo was very nice & clean. I believe your description should include both bedrooms are located upstairs. I was under the impression that 1 was up stairs and 1 down. It was very difficult for me to climb the stairs. Also, the propane tank was empty and management was not willing to change it out with a full one. We could have went and bought one but we would not have used that much. We fell they should have done this as an accommodation. Thank You

Wonderful unit. The views off both the deck and upstairs patio are amazing. We love Ruidoso for the cool temps and amazing wildlife that is everywhere. We played golf with the wild horses and saw elk and deer on the property. The unit has everything and fulfilled all of our needs and then more. The area is super quiet, but really close to everything you need. The host is extremely responsive. Thank you.

The only reason for four stars rather than five is that it was a little hard to find. We drove up and down the hill a couple of times before realizing where to turn. It is important to know that this property doesn’t have a full restroom down stairs. I was injured and could not get up the steep stairs to the bedrooms or to a restroom with a tub or shower. Of course, this wasn’t the property owner’s fault. She could not have been more considerate or thoughtful. If I ever go back to Ruidoso with no injuries I will stay there again. I DO RECOMMEND this host and property.

The owners are very nice and responsive for this property, but our check-in was anything but easy. The email with the lockbox code is not sent until the day of check-in. Since we were out of cell phone service range a good portion of the drive and I didn't get the email. We arrived somewhat early and didn't know that their system won't open until the time range they have set. It is possible the lock box just needed new batteries but we had trouble getting in each time we returned, so needed to download the lockbox application on my phone. We also called the owners for help on using their google nest thermostat which is a complicated thermostat. The condos need some TLC on the walkway from where you park. It was a beautiful view from patio and an enjoyable visit.
