Unser Haus befindet sich in traumhafter Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Ruhpoldinger Tal und die umliegende Bergwelt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Sessellift, Skilift und Loipen befinden sich in der Nähe. Genießen Sie von Balkon oder Terrasse aus die Natur und Ruhe des Chiemgauer Tales. Entspannen Sie nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in unserer Sauna. Unsere Wohnungen sind für Allergiker geeignet. Ruhpolding ist sehr zentral gelegen und bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Umgebung. Die Mozartstadt Salzburg, das Berchtesgadener Land, der romantische Königssee oder der Chiemsee mit der berühmten Herreninsel des bayerischen König Ludwig sind mit dem Auto oder Bus in Kürze zu erreichen.  
Die Ferienwohnung mit 36qm Wohnfläche für 2 Personen befindet sich im Erdgeschoß mit großer, überdachter Südterasse mit Gartenmöbel. Ausstattung: großer hell und gemütlich eingerichteter Wohnschlafraum mit Essecke, Sessel und Couch. Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit Parkettfußboden ausgestattet, für Allergieker geeignet, separate Küche mit Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Wasser- und Eierkocher, Toaster. Schöne Ferienwohnung - etwas außerhalb von Ruhpolding

Die Ferienwohnung war schön und hatte alles was man braucht. Alles verlief reibungslos und die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Ruhpolding in Richtung der Berge. Und es befinden sich einige schöne Wanderwege in der Nähe, sowie ein Sessellift auf den nächsten Gipfel.

Ruhige Erholung oberhalb von Ruhpolding

Wohnung für 2 Personen sehr schön. Terrasse lädt bei schönem Wetter ein. Am Fuße des Unternbergs. Wanderungen/Bike-Touren können direkt vom Haus aus starten. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
