Das malerische Dorf Ruhpolding liegt in einem sehr schönen Tal und eignet sich optimal für Freizeitgestaltung mit der ganzen Familie, sowohl im Sommer wie auch im Winter. Der richtige Platz für den besonderen Urlaub.   Unser Haus bietet drei luxuriös und zweckmässig eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen mit 3 Sternen und fünf Ferienwohnungen mit 4 Sternen.   Die meisten Wohnungen haben 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer und einen Holzofenkamin im Wohnzimmer. Alle Wohnungen haben eine eigene Terrasse oder einen eigenen Balkon. Im Souterrain befinden sich eine Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügelbrett, Sauna, Solarium und Tischtennisplatte. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus! Gute Restaurant m. Brötchenservice, ein Reiterhof, Wellenhallenbad, Golf, Tennis, Angeln, Minigolf, schöne Wanderwege und vieles mehr in nächster Nähe. Ausflugsziele in der Nähe: Reit im Winkl (20 km), Chiemsee (25 km), Salzburg (40 km). Ausgezeichnete Badessen für die ganze Familie in ca. 15 km Entfernung.
Diese komfortable und geschmackvoll eingerichtete 3-Sterne Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock in einem Haus mit insgesamt 8 Ferienwohnungen. Auf ca 60 qm Wohnfläche finden Sie alles was zu einem schönen Urlaub gehört.
Ihre Wohnung verfügt über einen geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnraum, vom Wohnzimmer aus haben Sie einen direkten Zugang zu Ihrem eigenen Balkon mit Gartenmöbeln und einem Sonnenschirm, eine Wohnküche mit einer Küchenzeile und Essraum, ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (180 x 200cm) und einem 3-türigen Kleiderschrank sowie ein Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne / Dusche und WC.

Schöne Wohnung in Ruhpolding

Wir waren mit dieser Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Sie war schön und pragmatisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ortszentrum von Ruhpolding ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Gastgeber selbst war sehr freundlich und unbürokratisch. Er hat uns sogar einen Gegenstand, den wir in der Wohnung vergessen hatten, nach Hause geschickt.

Einfach perfekt

Wir hatten eine so tolle Zeit , es ist wirklich eine tolle Wohnung. Super sauber , tolle Lage (die Restaurants sind in ca. 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen), die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Super toll eingerichtet , viel liebe zum Detail. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wenn man etwas bemängeln möchte , die Deckenschräge über der Couch könnte mal wieder gestrichen werden. Da scheint mal ein Wasserschaden gewesen zu sein. Das ist aber wirklich das einzige. Für uns war es ein traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt.

Modern eingerichtete gemütliche Wohnung . Balkon mit Abendsonne. Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Gerne wieder !
