Nightmare trying to sort out any admin with them. Can't provide invoice, only hotel I have stayed at in last 3 years that can't. Don't use for business travel until they can sort it out.

Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue Hinckley Island
The carpet had stains, the shower screen had mould and dust on lampshade and creased net curtains. All very minor but if fixed it would be a definite fix star. The amenities and facilities themselves are fantastic.
