Hot tub was not hot enough but when we mentioned that the lady that was filling the towels did her job and asked someone to turn the hot tub up and Matthew came and took care of that. "We were very disappointed in the condition of our room and the hotel. The pool was not open, WiFi was not available, fan in bathroom didn’t work, refrigerator wasn’t functioning and there was no hand soap available per the cleaning crew. The staff were friendly and apologized that items weren’t available, but we expected more from this hotel chain."

"Breakfast bar was not fresh. Food was either cold or running out with people still coming in. Coffee also was running out and I got a mouth full of grounds while drinking it. Rooms were very clean and nice. Pool was overloaded with screaming children and adults spraying water with water cannons and floaties and noodles overrunning the pool. "
