Super friendly and helpful staff, my husband and I got some trouble on our way to Jesenik, and the staff was super understanding and pacient with us! I prepaid the stay partly by redeeming Expedia reward points, partly with a credit card. However the property billed me upon checkout, apparently for the value of the redeemed points. This was a very unwelcome surprise.

Overall very good with improvements on the includive breakfast. food variety could use an upgrade to be more comparable to the hotel room quality. We thank the staff for a pleasant stay.
