"The hotel has a good size carpark making life easy when you first arrive. The receptionist was lovely on check in. Our room was on the first floor with a view of the pool and the surrounding countryside. The room was spacious with a good size bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was plentiful."

"The most unique stay near barcelona. If you need somewhere quiet and away from the city its perfect. The entire property is impeccable. The owners and staff are very attentive to your needs, they speak multiple languages as well. They offer breakfast and dinner so you don’t have to worry about food/where to eat. The food options are amazing everything we ate was so delicious, literally mouth watering. There is a spa you can book ahead of time. I can’t wait to come back it was the most beautiful place i’ve stayed."

"Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. Even with the extra (old and grubby) blanket I was cold all night. The room has probably not been updated since the building was constructed so the bright blue bathroom suite with missing plugs was like something from the 1970s. On the positive side, public areas are clean and up-to-date and the staff are pleasant. The amount charged by this hotel is probably influenced by the fact that there are few hotels in the area. This is not value for money and I would avoid staying here if at all possible."
