Pros: Our room was cleaned really well every day. The staff was very helpful and kind. The food in the cafe downstairs was delicious and reasonably priced. It felt safe. Noise was fine for us because we had a sound machine. The bed was comfortable. The location is excellent.
Cons: shower water pressure was so extremely weak. I am not sure what the daily resort fee was for. I wish it had covered replenishing water bottles- we received two on the first day but not daily. We brought chick fila into the lobby cafe area and they told us to move outside to the patio.

"Avoid. The receptionist tried to make us pay twice and bizarrely was insisting a 200 Lek note was only 2 LEK??. Had to message Hotels.com who thankfully sorted it out. Got to room and curtain rail fell off, hair dryer didn't work and couldn't sit on the toilet because of an oversized double jacuzzi. ..."
