The property is very well maintained. The room was very clean and comfortable.The rooms are quite cozy, so if you don't like tight spaces do not stay here. The parking ($10) is horrible, I'm glad we were in our Honda Civic and not our SUV. There are limited spaces and slots are very small. The air-conditioner was super loud not sure if ours was having issues or if it's normal for all the units. We arrived at 240 pm and we were told that we had to wait until 255 to check in or pay for a early check in which is $40, WHAT? We've never paid a early check in fee, we have paid a late check out fee which makes more sense. So we waited the 15 minutes in the car. The parking lot at this time had 3 cars, one of which was ours. All things being said, we would stay here again for a quick 1 night stay.

Great stay

breakfast was good and lots of choices. My room was not ready and downgraded to smaller room(no cost saving)to queen or would have to wait till 4 pm hour past check in time. "we are running behind"-so not a good start--then shower was clogged and overflowed, and it took a long time and multiple calls to fix. But it was fixed--just a very long day. Over all it is fine-tiny room but clean. Bar was not staffed fully--but I was at the bar so it was fine, others were not happy on the floor. Not sure I will stay again, but it is located well for theater. I will wait to see if any accommodations by hotel for smaller room and shower mishap. I have to doubt it though. No one checking key cards upon entry--not sure how security works here. Scan card to use elevators was only security I saw. I joined the app before I went-but saw no extra help by being a riu member. Lots of international travelers here so hearing lots of languages was fun. All guests I met were very nice.
