"I arrived at 5 pm. Two hours after the 3 pm check in time. I had to wait 30 minutes for my room to be cleaned and made available to me. This made me late for my event. The clerk at the desk told me to change clothes in the bathroom in the lobby so I wouldn't be late. They refused to comp or refund the room because I booked through Expedia. I said that was unacceptable so they offered me free snacks and I had to work really hard to talk them into giving me free breakfast. They didn’t apologize. This experience and the overall service did not meet the expectations of a 9.8 rating. So very disappointing."

"This visit was not like any other that I have experience (I made sure to notify staff of the individual who was harassing me and the odd knocks and remarks of the man who caused this stay to end so unpleasant). Due to the uncomfortable state I was placed in. I don’t think I’ll be returning here anytime soon."

"I stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. The AC started going out the first night, but it was tolerable. Saturday I spent the day at the pool. Customer service at the bar was mediocre because no matter what you purchased they already get a 20% tip. When I went back to my room Saturday afternoon, the AC was completely out. I called and was promised it was gonna be fixed within the next 30 minutes. When it wasn’t, I called back again and they said within the next two hours. When it wasn’t and I called again, they offered no options, but I asked for a fan which helped a little. They just kept telling me and promising me that the AC was gonna be fixed. This continued until 10 PM and they couldn’t move me to any other room because it was the entire hotel. I finally fell asleep and it was fixed sometime in the middle of the night. But I got no refund or discount because I booked through Expedia."
