Hi Patricia,Thank you for your untrue review.All our guest have access to our garden I don't understand why you don't have have access ?? We have BBQ facility, picnic benches etc in our garden to be use by all our guests ...Also what acces do you want to have in the house? You want to entry to other guest rooms ? (I know you try to entry in the room opposite of yours, that guest complain about this ) Somebody tell you to don't entry in the Breakfast Room or to not use ? I don't remember to say this .Regarding the Breakfast it's say clearly Breakfast can be added at the property, please read properly when you book next time.Kind RegardsAlin

Thank you very much for getting time to leave a review. I expect on this one. First off all, you didn't ring the bell or wait on the door at all, you come directly in the house till on our kitchen. I don't know how you expect to wait you? With a red carpet at any time when you come for check in , we are not hotel to have reception on the desk, it's a B&B, we have a bell to press Anyway well well done guys, go in the next B&B where you will stay whitout rind the bell to can see everyone your 7 years from home, after blame the owners for a bad experience of your bad behaviour. When you go in somebody house first you knock the door or you press the bell and wait for somebody to open. Also we have big sign on the door to ring the bell and to wait for attention. Learn how to respect people and you will be respected. For the towels, first of all we open the windows to fresh up the room, after 20 minutes we go and take all linen and towels, and its first time in my life when somebody's put the towels in the bedside table. Also when you book I think it's say clear there a double bed. But probably in your country its how you do here .... Kind Regards Alin
