I bring my elderly parents and my special needs little brother thanks to the staff on duty (regret didn't remember his name) we got to change to ground floor room since they are unable to climb the stairs. Could do with some comfortable loungers at the pool. There were only 2. Also, there are a lot of families so is busy around 5ish until 7ish. The 2nd floor garden area is beautiful and peaceful."
