Woodland Cottage *Newly Remodeled*

We are excited to share this NEWLY remodeled lakefront property with you! This cozy, cottage style house, features a fully equipped kitchen. It is a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath cottage. All three of the bedrooms include a flat screen TV with satellite. There are two large decks, which have ample seating and an area to eat. The backyard features close access to the lake, a fire pit, charcoal grill, and an entry area for swimming in the lake.

Our goal was to create a cozy like space for our guests to enjoy by the lake. Whether it be sitting around the fire pit, dining in the evening under the stars, or having a drink outside on the patio, we hope that you find yourself creating special memories with loved ones and friends.

The spacious backyard provides an opportunity for our guests to enjoy the full outside lake experience. Guests will be able to grill and have a designated space to dine outside. The dock creates space for lounging, laying out and leads down into a friendly beach area.

Great place on the lake!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house had all the amenities we could want. Our host was responsive to our questions. The listing was very accurate. The location is convenient. I would highly recommend staying here.

Family getaway!

We really enjoyed this property! It had everything we needed and the decor was beautiful! Loved all the farmhouse touches. We had a great cookout at the outdoor kitchen, enjoyed a fire in the fire pit and actually caught a couple of bass from the deck. We give this place five stars!!!

Gorgeous Home in the perfect spot!

This cottage was so nice! Comfy beds, well stocked linens, well stocked kitchen and lovely decor! It was chilly so we werent outside much but we had the most perfect sunrises !eever. but

Great Cabin, Great Spring Break Week!

We had the loveliest time staying at this cabin with our two boys (15 and 8) and a dog!The place is very cabin chic (loved the decor), clean, well-stocked and the location was excellent (quick drive to Hot Springs downtown and bathhouses, national parks and botanical gardens).We particularly enjoyed the kayaks, the hot tub and the owners provided firewood for our evening fires (such a treat). Luke was very responsive, friendly and clearly takes pride in providing a great experience for their guests. Highly recommended for families and couples!P.S. If you do want to visit the bathhouse, make sure to book a reservation before arriving…one of the two spas was completely booked.

Beautifully decorated house

Lovely house with a very well supplied kitchen, large grassy yard, plenty of deck space in a quiet area yet only a 10 minute drive to Hot Springs. The only drawback is the swimming area which was shallow, muddy and full of sunken limbs and debris. We enjoyed the kayaks though.

We Can’t Wait to Return….❤️. We made use of the outdoor kitchen/bbq area the whole yard is right on the lake. Very Comfortable! The House is beautiful thru & thru! Very well stocked kitchen and lots of towels etc! The owner is very helpful and ready to help! 🎉🎉🎉

Great for a wedding weekend!

A small group of us stayed here to get ready for a wedding! The place is clean and well decorated, felt so cozy. Right on the river, so pretty and peaceful to sit out on the docks or use the kayaks. Loved this place!

The layout of the home is odd and the kitchen area wasn't as spacious as the pictures made it look. Some small things need to be changed/fixed, but overall it was good. The outside area was nice with the water access and fire pit.
