"No hot breakfast, pool closed 3 days, housekeeping didn't come or didn't leave supplies like toilet paper ect. Elevator out of order, leak in ceiling leaving water and plaster on floor, washer and dryer out of order. Bad, and worse."

"The pool and spa were out of order and the carpets in the room were old, dirty and in need of replacement. Check in staff was excellent and inquired if we needed anything often."
