Layout is thoughtfully designed, with a spacious family room, well-equipped kitchen, and a large deck perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The pet-friendly policy was a huge plus for us, as we brought along our sweet husky/shepherd mix, and he felt right at home.One of the standout features of Bailey’s Place is its proximity to the Yuba River. Just a short drive away, we enjoyed easy access to the river's natural beauty and recreational opportunities. Whether it was hiking, swimming, or simply soaking in the serene surroundings, the location was ideal for our family adventures.Our host, Phil, was so accommodating and responsive, ensuring that our stay was seamless from start to finish. "Great location, 20 minute stroll to the lake. Comfortable master bed, I didn’t sleep in the other rooms but there’s plenty of room for a big family. Linens and towels were soft and fluffy. The kitchen is well appointed to make full family meals. Perfect for couples or families. Exactly as advertised. "
